Haryana ADA 2023 Exam Pattern

1. A total of 100 MCQs will be asked (80% from Law Subjects & 20% from remaining topics)
2. All questions carry equal marks. 
3. The total exam duration is 120 minutes.
4. Each question will carry 5 options. If any candidate wants to leave the question unattempted, he/she will tick the 5th option.
5. 1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
6. 1/4th mark will also be deducted in cases where the candidate has not marked the 5th option after leaving the question unattempted.
7. The question paper will be set in English only. 
8. Candidates must secure a minimum of 25% marks (i.e., 25 out of 100) to qualify for this stage.
9. Aspirants four times the number of vacancies (category-wise) will be called for the next round, provided they have secured minimum 25% cut off marks. 

-Knowledge Test

The detailed Haryana ADA exam pattern for this stage is detailed below. No aspirants will be eligible for the next and final round without securing a minimum of 35% marks in this Subject-Knowledge Test. 

1. The paper will be subjective-type.
2. A total of 150 questions will be asked. 
3. The total exam duration is 180 minutes.
4. No candidates will be allowed to appear for the Interview without securing at least 35% marks (i.e., 97.5 out of 150) in this stage.
5. The weightage of this stage will be 87.5% in counting final merit. 
6. The question paper will be set in English only.
